Agreement to these terms
SmilesByKC.com ("this website") is the website of Dr. Kristina Corazon Robles, DMD ("Dr. KC"), who sees patients at Dr. KC Dental Aesthetic Center ("the clinic", "we", "us"), Unit 102, Ground Floor, MCS Tower, Chino Roces Avenue, Brgy. Pio del Pilar, Makati City (Makati Central Square). By using this website or sending an appointment request, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
Who may use this website
You may send an appointment request if you are at least 18 years old. A parent or legal guardian should send requests for a patient under 18.
Health information is general, not advice
The guides, answers and service descriptions on this website are general information for education. They are not a diagnosis, a treatment plan, or a substitute for an examination by a dentist, and every patient's needs are different. Using this website or sending a request does not create a dentist–patient relationship; that begins when you are seen at the clinic.
Dental emergencies
Do not use the booking form for an emergency. For severe pain, swelling, an injury to the mouth or bleeding that will not stop, call the clinic at +63 997 534 1913 or go to the nearest hospital emergency room.
Appointment requests
- Sending the booking form is a request, not a confirmed appointment. Your appointment is set only when the clinic confirms it with you by call, text or email.
- The times shown are those open for requests at that moment. The clinic may offer a different date or time, or decline a request, for example when a time is no longer available.
- Give your real name and contact details, and send requests only for yourself or for someone you are allowed to act for.
- If you need to change or cancel, tell the clinic as early as possible by calling or texting +63 997 534 1913, so the time can be offered to another patient.
- Please arrive on time. If you are late, the clinic may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment.
Treatment, fees and results
Treatment options, risks, fees and payment terms are explained to you at the clinic before any treatment, and treatment begins only with your consent. This website does not list prices. Results of dental treatment vary from person to person, and no particular result is promised or guaranteed.
Acceptable use
When using this website, you agree not to:
- send false, misleading, abusive or automated requests, or requests using another person's details without their permission
- try to access the admin area, other people's information, or any part of the website you are not allowed to use
- interfere with how the website works, including by sending spam, malware or excessive requests
We may block requests or access that break these terms.
Content and photos
The text, photos, logos and design of this website belong to Dr. KC and the clinic and are protected by the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines. You may view the pages and share links to them. Please do not copy, republish or use the content, photos or logos without written permission.
Links to other websites
We link to services such as Google Maps, Waze, Facebook, Messenger, Instagram and the clinic's own website for your convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

Limitation of liability

Severability and entire agreement
If any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about your use of this website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from them will be brought before the proper courts of Makati City, to the exclusion of other courts.
